Housekeeping Supervisor – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Swissôtel Al Maqam, a five‑star hotel in the heart of Mecca, is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead its housekeeping team. You will ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and service while supporting a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests at all times.
• Lead and supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
• Handle guest concerns promptly, log issues, and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Participate actively in daily briefings, warm‑ups, and departmental meetings.
• Communicate daily priorities to Room Attendants and monitor their execution.
• Follow departmental policies, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Report maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in housekeeping or a related area (asset).
• University/College degree in a relevant discipline (asset).
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork orientation.
