HR Manager

About the role

Career Gulf is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for its manufacturing operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will shape organizational culture, drive employee engagement and align HR strategy with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to interview and selection.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to foster continuous learning.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and guide managers on effective feedback.
• Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations and mediate conflicts.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and support data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and succession strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Ability to navigate complex employee relations issues and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
