HSE Cluster Supervisor – Multiple Saudi Branches

About the role

The HSE Cluster Supervisor will lead health, safety, environment and security performance across several Saudi branches, including Yanbu, Jouf, Tabuk, Qassim and Hail. The role ensures consistent application of corporate HSSE policies, drives continuous improvement and supports senior safety specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Implement corporate HSSE policies, standards and procedures across all assigned branches and provide technical guidance to senior safety specialists.
• Oversee risk assessments, hazard controls, inspections and safe‑work systems, ensuring corrective actions are closed.
• Manage incident, near‑miss and emergency reporting, investigations and root‑cause analysis, and coordinate emergency drills.
• Supervise environmental and occupational health programs, monitor compliance with Saudi regulations and civil‑defense requirements.
• Track HSSE KPIs, consolidate performance data and report to the Corporate HSSE Manager.
• Coach and develop senior safety specialists, identifying competency needs and ensuring team effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HSSE experience in high‑risk industrial, grain handling or logistics operations.
• Experience with Process Safety Management and combustible dust hazard control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Process Safety Management (required); additional NEBOSH IGC or fire/combatible‑dust training preferred.
