HSE Supervisor

About the role

The HSE Supervisor will coordinate the implementation of AMHEC safety programmes, ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with Saudi regulations. The role supports managers, supervisors and staff to execute tasks safely while promoting a strong health, safety and environmental culture.

Key responsibilities

• Create HSE alerts, awareness training and PPE awareness sessions.
• Report unsafe acts, conditions and near‑misses and raise Stop Work Authority when required.
• Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks and client HSE meetings.
• Support the maintenance, update and improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and internal audits.
• Lead investigations, identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are assigned.
• Develop and deliver training plans for AMHEC employees.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas or heavy equipment industry.
• Relevant HSE certification (NEBOSH General or NVQ Level 5) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
