Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager leads the HR function across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and international operations, shaping policies, recruitment, training, performance management and compliance to support the organisation’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and templates aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee all HR activities for employees in Saudi Arabia and internationally, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and statutory obligations.
• Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational design and HR matters.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, induction and probation processes across all divisions.
• Design and coordinate in‑house training and development programmes, tracking completion and effectiveness.
• Own the organisation‑wide performance review cycle, supporting departments in setting and assessing KPIs.
• Handle government relations and public‑relations functions, including visa, iqama, GOSI and other statutory transactions.
• Promote a collaborative “one family” workplace culture and manage employee relations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience leading HR functions in multi‑jurisdictional environments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and international HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders on strategic workforce initiatives.
