Director – Organization Learning

About the role

Qiddiya is looking for a forward‑thinking Director of Organization Learning to shape its learning architecture and ensure that learning drives today’s performance while building capabilities for future growth. Reporting to the Executive Director of Talent Management, the role partners with business and HR leaders to align learning with operational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive learning architecture, including frameworks, pathways, curricula, standards and development journeys for priority capability areas.
• Translate strategic priorities into practical learning roadmaps and interventions that support current performance and future workforce readiness.
• Establish and continuously improve learning governance, policies, standards, operating procedures and decision rights, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements and internal risk expectations.
• Define reporting and effectiveness measures to track adoption, capability growth, stakeholder value and return on learning investment.
• Lead the growth, adoption and integration of the learning ecosystem (SuccessFactors, Sana and future digital solutions) and create blended experiences that combine digital, in‑person, social and performance‑based learning.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, external providers, academic institutions and professional bodies to enhance access, personalization and learner experience through technology and data.
• Design and lead the future learning organization, building a resilient, service‑oriented team that delivers with pace and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 8 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven success designing and delivering enterprise learning in complex, fast‑paced environments, preferably with regional or global scope including the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi learning environment, including relevant regulatory, governance and workforce‑development requirements.
