Human Resources Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in the Riyadh Region, supporting the complete HR lifecycle for a specialized medical centre. The role includes managing employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and assisting with performance management and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and contracts.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, conduct interviews and manage onboarding activities.
• Assist managers with performance appraisal cycles and related documentation.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Administer employee benefits programmes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave requests and contract amendments.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with management to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Prior HR experience in a healthcare or clinical setting within the region preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities, with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Proficiency in using HR information systems, Microsoft Office and basic data reporting/analysis.
