Human Resources Supervisor Generalist

About the role

A Confidential Company is looking for a proactive HR Supervisor – Generalist to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources operations. You will drive HR initiatives, ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations, and enhance the employee experience while supporting organisational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and maintain recruitment metrics.
• Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract renewals and off‑boarding while ensuring data integrity in the HRIS/ERP system.
• Review and validate monthly payroll inputs, coordinate with Finance and resolve payroll inquiries confidentially.
• Handle employee separations, final settlements and End‑of‑Service Benefits in line with Saudi Labour Law and related statutory requirements.
• Provide guidance on labour law, employee relations and HR compliance to managers and staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi) preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
