ICS Cybersecurity Engineer – NEOM Green Hydrogen Project

About the role

Air Products is seeking an experienced ICS Cybersecurity Engineer to join the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project in Duba, Saudi Arabia. The role is part of a dedicated cybersecurity task‑force responsible for field verification of cyber assets and ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field verification of design, implementation and testing of cyber assets to meet cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain a cybersecurity asset register and related documentation under the guidance of the Site Cybersecurity Lead.
• Lead risk‑assessment exercises, resolve identified issues and implement recommended controls.
• Validate firewall rules, secure remote access, endpoint hardening, asset inventory, access control and logging before system energisation.
• Coordinate with engineering, pre‑commissioning, commissioning and client operations teams to ensure seamless hand‑over to the client.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting large‑scale construction, pre‑commissioning, commissioning, startup and hand‑over phases.
• Ability to work on an 8‑weeks‑on / 2‑weeks‑off rotation in a site‑based environment.
• Strong communication skills to act as the technical interface between project teams and vendors.
