About the role
The Inventory Control Assistant will support the management of stock for two brands across the UAE and other GCC countries. The role involves handling both import and export shipments, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting food and beverage cost control processes.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and movement across all locations.
- Maintain daily records of shipments, invoices, and product replenishment needs.
- Implement inventory control procedures and coordinate with all departments.
- Organise cost‑controlling systems and generate reports for food & beverage controls.
- Perform variance analysis for food & beverage items and monitor menu consumption.
- Support incentive programmes related to inventory and sales performance.
Required profile
- Experience in inventory management, preferably within a multi‑brand environment.
- Familiarity with import and export logistics in the GCC region.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
