Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, categorize, and properly store incoming shipments of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and IV solutions.
- Track expiration dates regularly and implement effective stock rotation principles (e.g., FEFO).
- Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to fulfill daily product requests and prevent stock-outs.
- Ensure the medical store adheres to SFDA and MOH regulations regarding temperature, humidity, and safety controls.
- Conduct periodic physical stock counts (audits) and reconcile discrepancies with the electronic system.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital records of all issued and received medical items.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Proven experience in medical store management, warehouse operations, or hospital pharmacy inventory.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using Inventory Management Software.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
