IT Support Coordinator

About the role

Provide technical support to employees by assisting with hardware, software, network, and system-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations and effective IT service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
• Log, track, and update support tickets in the IT system.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and required software.
• Support employees with system usage and basic IT training.
• Maintain IT inventory and record assigned devices.
• Assist in resolving internet, Wi‑Fi, and connectivity issues.
• Follow IT security policies and report risks or incidents.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of IT support operations and troubleshooting.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a related field preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
