Junior Accountant

About the role

Al-Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is looking for a recent accounting graduate to join its Finance team in Riyadh. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a professional environment while supporting core accounting functions.

Key responsibilities

• Record and process daily accounting transactions accurately.
• Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
• Support month‑end closing activities and perform account reconciliations.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for financial reporting.
• Maintain organized, auditable financial records.
• Help with audit preparation and data verification.
• Assist in tracking project costs and related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (graduation year 2024‑2026).
• Active membership with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles such as double‑entry bookkeeping, the accounting cycle, journal entries, trial balance, and financial statement preparation.
• Immediate availability to start.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
