Junior Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this entry‑level position you will help customers worldwide by providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience across phone, email and chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide product and service information and guide customers through technical troubleshooting.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Record interactions in our CRM system and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and educate customers on best practices.
• Handle complaints with empathy while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, virtual team collaboration and stay updated on product changes.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong listening, empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain punctuality.
• Adaptability to policy changes and a commitment to quality service.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for our international customer base.
