About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. You will support the purchasing process, ensure timely delivery of outsourced and purchased products, and help maintain inventory accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Place purchase orders based on purchase requests for assigned commodities.
- Monitor material flows to guarantee on‑time, quality, and cost‑effective delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate order management with suppliers.
- Act as the focal point for consolidating data related to main suppliers.
- Support cross‑functional teams and assist in implementing new ways of working.
Required profile
- Entry‑level or recent graduate with interest in procurement and supply chain.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Good communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to compliance and integrity standards.
