Junior Sales Engineer – Air Compressor (Saudi Engineers Only)

About the role

As a Junior Sales Engineer in Khayira’s Air Compressor and Forklift Division, you will identify new business opportunities, promote compressed‑air and forklift solutions, and provide technical and commercial support to customers across your territory. The role blends technical knowledge with strong sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell compressed‑air systems, dryers, filters, piping, forklift solutions and related accessories to industrial clients and warehouses.
• Conduct technical assessments, prepare quotations, cost estimates and tender documents in coordination with engineering teams.
• Deliver technical presentations and site visits to propose tailored solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, achieve targets and expand market share.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients, identify upselling opportunities and support after‑sales service.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to execute regional sales strategies.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
• Record activities in the CRM and produce periodic sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0‑1 year experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably air compressors.
• Basic understanding of compressed‑air technology and forklift solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho.
