Kitchen Manager – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our Riyadh kitchen operations. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that food preparation, quality and safety meet the highest standards while supporting a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen activities, assign duties and monitor workflow to maintain efficiency during service.
• Plan and supervise menu execution, manage inventory, ordering, storage and handling of food and beverages.
• Enforce hygiene and safety regulations, conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Control kitchen budgets, track costs, and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Support training, development and performance coaching of kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house and senior management to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within high‑volume or premium dining environments.
• Background in food & beverage operations and coordination with suppliers.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain food quality, portion control and consistency across menu items.
• Culinary management experience including staff scheduling, operational planning and budget oversight.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Relevant culinary or hospitality education, certification or equivalent practical experience.
