Lead BPM & Workflow Automation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead BPM & Workflow Automation Engineer to own the design, development, and delivery of scalable process orchestration solutions. You will work with Camunda 7 and Camunda 8 to automate business processes, ensure technical quality, and align solutions with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BPM and workflow automation projects from concept through production.
• Design and implement solutions using Camunda 7 and Camunda 8.
• Define technical architecture and integration strategies for process automation.
• Develop and integrate workflow solutions with enterprise systems.
• Drive migration initiatives between BPM platforms.
• Review designs, code quality, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and optimize processes.
• Establish BPM governance, standards, and best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in BPM, workflow automation, or software development.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
