About the role
We are seeking a Lead BPM & Workflow Automation Engineer to own the design, development, and delivery of scalable process orchestration solutions. You will work with Camunda 7 and Camunda 8 to automate business processes, ensure technical quality, and align solutions with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead BPM and workflow automation projects from concept through production.
- Design and implement solutions using Camunda 7 and Camunda 8.
- Define technical architecture and integration strategies for process automation.
- Develop and integrate workflow solutions with enterprise systems.
- Drive migration initiatives between BPM platforms.
- Review designs, code quality, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and optimize processes.
- Establish BPM governance, standards, and best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in BPM, workflow automation, or software development.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
