Lead MEP Technical Office Manager

About the role

The Lead MEP Technical Office Manager will head the MEP technical office for large‑scale construction projects. You will ensure that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes and project requirements, while providing technical support to the site team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of MEP Technical Office Engineers and other technical staff.
• Review, coordinate and approve MEP shop drawings, IFC drawings, as‑built drawings and all technical submissions.
• Manage material submittals, RFIs, technical clarifications and obtain consultant approvals.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, BMS and other MEP systems with architectural, structural and civil disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design clashes, constructability issues and on‑site technical problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• 10–15 years of MEP construction experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead technical office role.
• Proven experience on large‑scale, multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BIM coordination and construction practices.
