Senior Construction Manager - Electrical

About the role

Mace is seeking a Senior Construction Manager (Electrical) to lead the delivery of major utility and infrastructure packages on a high‑profile entertainment and luxury hospitality development in Saudi Arabia. The role combines hands‑on construction management with technical leadership, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the construction, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical infrastructure and utility packages from mobilisation to handover.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors delivering power, utility and infrastructure works.
• Monitor progress against the programme and implement recovery plans when required.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, regulatory approvals and industry codes.
• Coordinate interfaces between utility providers, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and operational readiness activities.
• Drive health, safety and environmental performance across all work fronts.
• Review construction methodologies, temporary works proposals and installation sequencing.
• Support risk identification, mitigation and resolution of site‑related issues.
• Produce and present progress updates to senior project leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive experience delivering large‑scale electrical infrastructure and utility programmes.
• Proven track record on high‑value projects for a project‑management consultancy.
• Eligibility to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
