Luxury Tech Consultant – Dyson

About the role

The Luxury Tech Consultant for Dyson will deliver premium customer experiences in our Dammam store, driving sales and brand loyalty for a leading technology brand within a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster strong loyalty.
• Address customer queries about products, pricing, availability, and usage.
• Communicate with customers to assess needs and exceed expectations.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs and demonstrate usage.
• Generate sales while achieving line and sales targets, using makeup knowledge where applicable.
• Track sell‑out targets, produce daily sales reports, and participate in incentive programs.
• Monitor post‑launch sales and ensure merchandising complies with brand guidelines.
• Manage in‑store stock replenishment, report shortages, and follow receipt procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an assisted‑sales or service‑led environment.
• Experience working with a premium technology brand.
• Fluent in English (preferred) and the local market language (essential).
• Proven track record of creating innovative solutions to solve problems.
