Maintenance Technician – Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to join our hospitality team in Jeddah. You will be the first point of contact for guest repair requests, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment through timely maintenance and preventive care.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve guest repair requests across rooms and public areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and mechanical room assets, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air‑conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic/electronic systems.
• Carry out minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and wood‑trim repairs, as well as lighting and filter replacements.
• Maintain inventory, requisition parts, and document daily activities for shift handovers.
• Use Lockout/Tagout procedures before any repair work.
• Perform interior and exterior landscaping tasks, including sprinkler system maintenance.
• Update equipment schedules and temperature settings using basic computer tools.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb independently; heavier items with assistance.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Commitment to safety policies, hazard reporting, and proper handling of flammable materials.
• Professional appearance and confidentiality regarding company information.
