Management Trainee Program – Commercial Rotations

About the role

The Management Trainee Program at Mondelēz International is a three‑year, structured development journey for high‑potential Saudi graduates. Participants rotate across key commercial functions – Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing – gaining hands‑on experience, mentorship and exposure to real business projects.

Key responsibilities

• Complete functional rotations in Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing.
• Support day‑to‑day commercial activities and contribute to business projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve market challenges.
• Participate in coaching sessions and receive mentorship from senior leaders.
• Provide regular feedback and track personal development milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MIS, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Recent graduate or up to one year of professional experience.
• Strong academic performance (preferred).
• Passion for a career in the FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability and curiosity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Readiness to relocate within Saudi Arabia during the program.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
