Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to lead brand management and public relations for a leading PIF‑backed manufacturing organization in Saudi Arabia. The role will shape brand reputation, drive integrated marketing campaigns and oversee corporate communications across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of brand strategy, visual identity, messaging and corporate brand guidelines.
• Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, ATL/BTL and PR.
• Oversee website content, SEO/SEM initiatives and collaborate with digital teams to optimise user experience.
• Produce corporate content such as videos, thought‑leadership pieces, white papers and social media assets.
• Build and maintain media relationships, position senior leadership as industry thought leaders and manage crisis communication frameworks.
• Manage external agencies (PR, creative, technical) and ensure delivery against KPIs.
• Monitor brand health, market trends and campaign performance, providing data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management and public relations within a large industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead integrated marketing programmes and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign ROI and brand metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to act as internal brand ambassador.
