Marketing Manager

About the role

Keemart, Meituan’s overseas on‑demand retail brand, is looking for a Marketing Manager to own and grow its brand presence across all consumer touchpoints. The role will shape brand positioning, drive content strategy, and lead CSR initiatives to reinforce the company’s mission of helping people eat and live better.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brand marketing initiatives, defining communication strategies that reflect Keemart’s positioning, core values and long‑term vision.
• Develop and execute content plans for official social‑media channels, ensuring a consistent brand tone and high engagement.
• Plan and deliver integrated brand campaigns, coordinating online and offline activities to maintain consistent messaging.
• Design and manage CSR and community‑engagement programs, partnering with NGOs, local authorities and community groups.
• Collaborate closely with growth, digital marketing, product and operations teams to embed brand strategy throughout the user experience.

Required profile

• 8+ years of brand and marketing experience, preferably with international or regional brands in e‑commerce, instant retail, FMCG or new‑consumer sectors.
• Strong brand‑thinking mindset with proven ability to design communication strategies from positioning to consumer insight.
• Demonstrated success in brand content creation, social‑media operations or integrated communication campaigns.
• Interest and experience in CSR or social‑impact initiatives.
