About the role
Join our maintenance team as an Operations Maintenance Engineer in an early‑career program. You will act as the bridge between the maintenance organization and field operations, focusing on improving workflows, reducing equipment downtime, and applying modern reliability practices.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and capture opportunities to improve equipment maintainability and reliability.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and Reliability‑Centered Maintenance concepts to optimise work processes.
- Stay current with the latest equipment, technologies and maintenance methods.
- Champion data quality and service excellence within the maintenance organisation.
- Assist in planning equipment and maintenance resources.
- Use asset‑management and maintenance‑systems data to support decisions.
- Maintain equipment to the highest standards and improve asset availability through continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum degree or relevant experience (entry‑level).
- Hands‑on aptitude combined with strong analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
