About the role
The Operations Runner will support day‑to‑day event operations in Riyadh, ensuring that logistics, deliveries and on‑ground requests are handled efficiently. This short‑term position is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced environments and enjoy hands‑on event work.
Key responsibilities
- Handle operational errands and urgent on‑site requests.
- Coordinate movement of materials, equipment and documents.
- Assist event teams with on‑site logistics and setup activities.
- Support staff, vendor and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in events, hospitality, logistics or operations.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
- KSA driving licence is a plus.
