Operations Specialist

About the role

Stella Stays is looking for an Operations Specialist to be the backbone of its property portfolio across the MENA region. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintain high service standards, and support the guest experience in fully‑furnished, tech‑enabled homes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest concerns and operational issues to guarantee an exceptional stay.
• Be on call for emergencies, ensuring guest safety and timely resolution.
• Prepare, share, and act on operational reports and ad‑hoc requests.
• Oversee daily property operations, including budget management and operational planning.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet agreed Service‑Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date operational records.
• Coordinate with approved service providers for maintenance, renovations, and repairs, handling quotations, supervising work, and controlling costs within budget.
• Identify cost‑effective solutions to support budget targets and improve guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in operations, property management, or a related hospitality function.
• Proven ability to handle guest issues and emergency situations with composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for record‑keeping and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external service providers.
