Performance Manager

About the role

Assembly is seeking a Performance Manager to join its growing team in Riyadh. This position is ideal for a performance‑marketing professional with a strong PPC background who wants to advance within a fast‑paced agency environment. You will plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns, primarily focusing on Paid Search, while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and other performance‑marketing platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data‑driven recommendations to meet client KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis and campaign audits to uncover growth opportunities.
• Oversee budgets, bidding strategies and campaign forecasting.
• Analyse performance data, produce clear reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with client services, strategy and media teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Stay current with platform updates, industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Support testing of new products, features and optimisation techniques.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted day‑to‑day partner.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in performance marketing, paid search or digital media.
• Hands‑on experience managing PPC campaigns through Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of campaign optimisation, bidding strategies, keyword planning and performance analysis.
• Comfortable working with data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative team player who enjoys building relationships.
• Agency experience preferred but not essential.
