Planning Manager

About the role

Coastal Contracting Company, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is seeking a Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling and monitoring across its construction portfolio. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic planning processes to drive effective project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, allocating resources efficiently.
• Monitor timelines, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular status meetings, communicate progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of activities.
• Analyze performance data to evaluate outcomes and optimise processes.
• Lead the planning team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality and organisational standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record in project planning and management within construction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience collaborating with project managers, engineers and diverse stakeholders.
