Policies & Procedures / Organizational Excellence Manager (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Policies & Procedures / Organizational Excellence Manager to join a one‑year on‑site engagement with a government client in Riyadh. The role will drive the design, refinement and implementation of policies, SOPs and governance frameworks while delivering operational improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and update organizational policies, procedures, SOPs and governance frameworks aligned with best practices.
• Conduct organizational excellence and operational assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Structure, lead and coordinate workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality consulting outputs.
• Prepare policy manuals, procedural guides, assessment reports and executive‑level presentations.
• Perform benchmarking, strategic analysis and business case development to support policy recommendations.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Big Four or Tier‑1 firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience working with public‑sector clients in KSA or the GCC.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, structured thinking and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
