Procurement Manager – Commercial Projects

About the role

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the procurement strategy for its commercial projects. You will oversee the full procurement lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals, regulatory requirements, and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end procurement process for project packages, from need identification to supplier selection and contract management.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that maximize value while complying with industry regulations and company policies.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure optimal terms, conditions, and quality.
• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to foster collaboration and ensure reliable delivery.
• Analyze market trends and procurement data to inform purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align procurement activities with project objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Coach, mentor, and manage junior procurement staff.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation, reports, and digital system updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing procurement for commercial or construction projects.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, and compliance procedures.
• Ability to lead and mentor a procurement team.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
