About the role
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Riyadh office. The role involves managing cost control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring budgets are met while maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
- Analyse and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Monitor project costs and produce regular cost reports.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and propose alternatives.
- Prepare and review variation orders and claims.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress against budget and contract specifications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of quantity surveying experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts and methods.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
