Procurement Manager – EPC Projects

About the role

The Procurement Manager leads end‑to‑end procurement activities for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and compliant sourcing of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with cost‑effective, quality suppliers and initiate new business partnerships.
• Lead final‑stage negotiations to secure optimal pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage the full procurement cycle, including vendor pre‑qualification, bid evaluation, contract award, and purchase‑order administration.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Controls, QA/QC, finance and logistics to secure long‑lead items and resolve invoice or reception discrepancies.
• Track and report functional metrics such as cost savings, PO cycle time, and supplier on‑time delivery.
• Maintain and update approved supplier lists, procurement policies, contracts, and standard templates.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policy and avoid conflicts of interest.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of procurement management experience in a reputable EPC company.
• Preferable experience on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
