Production Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth machine operation, maintaining production quality, and supporting continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Validate the availability of all required documents (e.g., JFT, PCC) before each new job start‑up to minimise downtime.
• Operate machinery according to the Work Instruction, guaranteeing safe and reliable runnability.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and request support when needed to maintain efficiency.
• Check and relay startup samples to the production section head for approval before QC inspection.
• Report any quality defects to QC and the production section head for corrective action.
• Assign tasks to helpers, organise the workflow and sustain 5S standards at the machine and workplace.

Required profile

• Industrial Diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar production or operator role.
• Basic knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English is a plus.
