Program Management Manager – PCG Engineering Manufacturing

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Program Management Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for notebooks and desktops at the factory level. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, meet quality standards, and achieve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of NPI projects, from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate engineering, quality, production, industrial engineering, and factory equipment teams to drive timely execution.
• Conduct project reviews, identify process gaps, and implement continuous‑improvement actions.
• Provide regular milestone, risk, and mitigation updates to factory and corporate leadership.
• Develop and refine project‑management processes and standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Manufacturing Program Management (MPM) team.

Required profile

• Strategic leader with at least 8 years (96 months) of experience in manufacturing program management.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and drive team development.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
