Project Commissioning Manager

About the role

CSI Global-Fleet is looking for a Project Commissioning Manager to lead the end‑to‑end commissioning programme for a multi‑disciplinary MEP, ELV, BMS and power‑interface project in Jeddah. The role ensures safe, SBC‑compliant, performance‑verified handover on schedule, backed by auditable documentation and authority approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Author and maintain the Commissioning Plan, RACI matrix, gate criteria and readiness checklists.
• Build and manage the Commissioning Master Schedule, lock test windows, chair weekly Cx meetings and resolve constraints with contractors, vendors and consultants.
• Standardise ITPs, test packs, pre‑functional checklists, method statements and enforce version control.
• Lead Integrated Testing (IST) across HVAC/TAB, plumbing/fire, ELV, BMS and power systems, capture evidence and secure final acceptance.
• Verify installation readiness against IFC/shop drawings, codes (SBC, IEC/BS EN, ASHRAE/SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, TIA/BICSI) and manage NCR/RFI closure.
• Coordinate with Saudi Civil Defense, SEC/National Grid and other authorities to obtain required approvals.
• Own the handover dossier, including O&M plans, training, spares, warranties and performance KPIs.
• Produce weekly Cx dashboards, risk burn‑down reports and executive exception summaries.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in commissioning management for large‑scale MEP or building‑systems projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of local Saudi regulations and international standards.
