Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator will oversee daily project activities on a construction site in Madinah, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, and timely reporting to stakeholders. This role acts as the central point of contact between the client, project management team, sales department, and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on daily project operations to ensure timely execution.
• Track compliance with project quality requirements and HSE standards.
• Prepare and submit progress, quality, HSE, and sales performance reports.
• Liaise with the client, attend regular project meetings, and document observations and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and maintain effective communication.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to achieve project objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction projects, including at least 3 years in a project management role.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing large‑scale construction projects.
