Project Management Engineer

About the role

The Project Management Engineer supports the planning, coordination and execution of engineering and construction projects, ensuring that activities align with scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements. The role works closely with internal teams, consultants and contractors to drive project milestones and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and site teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Review technical documents, drawings and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify project risks and support mitigation planning.
• Track contractor performance and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Support project meetings, documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
• 2–8 years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and engineering workflows.
• Excellent communication, coordination and analytical abilities.
