Project Manager – Facility Management

About the role

The Project Manager will lead facility management operations for medium to large‑scale projects in Tabuk, overseeing a workforce of 200‑450 employees. The role ensures delivery of both hard and soft FM services in line with contracts, client expectations, budgets, SLAs and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of hard services, soft services, maintenance, cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality and external space services.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations to guarantee service efficiency, quality, compliance and client satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, operational strategies, timelines and performance targets.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, costs and variance reports to maintain financial control.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, governmental regulations, HSE standards and industry requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, supervisors, technicians and support staff.
• Coordinate workforce planning with HR and oversee employee performance and development.
• Maintain client relationships, address concerns and monitor satisfaction levels.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation and contingency plans, and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance, procurement of materials and resources.
• Prepare regular reports, KPIs, budget reviews and performance dashboards for management.
• Conduct audits, drive continuous improvement, automation and digital solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Facility Management, Operations & Maintenance or large‑scale project operations.
• Proven leadership or managerial experience overseeing large operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of hard services, soft services, building systems and maintenance operations.
• Solid understanding of project budgeting, cost control and procurement processes.
