Project Manager – Fit‑Out (Riyadh)

About the role

You will be an integral part of the Workplace Department, working under the mentorship of Directors and Senior Project Managers to manage multiple fit‑out projects across the region. The position requires close coordination with commercial, design, external consultants, contractors and client teams to deliver high‑quality fit‑out solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial and design teams and manage external consultants, contractors, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise pre‑contract and post‑contract phases, lead project meetings, and maintain the action tracker.
• Ensure effective information flow and coordinate timelines and deliverables across all parties.
• Drive site progress, monitor quality, and oversee contract administration.
• Produce formal project reports and track overall project performance.

Required profile

• Hold a degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment.
• Willingness to reside and work full‑time on‑site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
