About the role

Egis, a global engineering and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex infrastructure and building projects. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and ensuring delivery of high‑quality design deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, set timelines, and establish budgets for design initiatives.
• Facilitate client and team meetings, present progress updates, and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead and motivate design teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, manage expectations, and address concerns.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets to align with business objectives.
• Oversee quality assurance of design deliverables and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project expenditures to prevent budget overruns.
• Prepare cost forecasts, budget reports, and analyze variances to support financial decisions.
