Project Manager – Large‑Scale Villa Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee large‑scale villa construction projects in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering multiple villa developments on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise all phases of villa construction projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, ensure timely delivery, and control scope and costs.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and support project teams to achieve objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale villa construction projects.
• Strong expertise in Tunnel Formwork or Aluminium Formwork systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
