Project Manager – PMC

About the role

The Project Manager – PMC will lead and oversee industrial or infrastructure projects for a major engineering firm in Saudi Arabia. This senior position requires managing project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project‑related matters, including scope, schedule, budget, risks and issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders and team members.
• Define project objectives, requirements and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules and work breakdown structures.
• Monitor progress, track milestones and resolve issues and risks promptly.
• Lead, coach and motivate project teams, facilitating effective meetings and decision‑making.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for senior management.
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts among team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimise delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management or a related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years handling PMC projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Extensive experience in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
