Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

Tawafuq Real Estate is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of residential and commercial development projects in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures projects align with strategic objectives while maintaining cost, schedule, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, monitoring cost, schedule, and quality performance.
• Monitor and evaluate contractors’ and developers’ performance for compliance with contracts, plans, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track and manage project correspondence, submittals, drawings, and contractual documentation, taking timely contractual actions.
• Represent the project owner in site meetings with contractors and consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 8–15 years of professional experience, including 5–10 years in leadership and team management.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role within real estate development, managing residential and commercial projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction contracts, and stakeholder coordination.
