Project Manager – Road Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex road infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison with Amanah (municipality) stakeholders and be accountable for the full project lifecycle, from mobilization and financial planning to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of large‑scale road and municipal projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for Amanah stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee quality control, material testing, and compliance with technical standards.
• Manage contracts, tender processes, and relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager on large road/municipal projects in KSA.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, capable of communicating with field teams and senior officials.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
