QSHE Coordinator

About the role

Almarai is seeking a QSHE Coordinator to ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Health and Environment management systems across its regional operations. You will support the implementation of QSHE strategies, standards, policies and procedures to meet consumer and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with QSHE management systems throughout the region.
• Assist in implementing and continuously improving the QSHE system, including ISO 9001 and HACCP requirements.
• Identify business risks and apply divisional QSHE strategies to mitigate them.
• Conduct internal audits, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Manage consumer and customer complaints, accident investigations, product recalls and municipal issues.
• Deliver technical training on QSHE policies and procedures to functional staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, HSS or a related field.
• ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor certification (IRCA).
• NEBOSH Diploma or CMIOSH qualification.
• Proven experience with ISO/HACCP implementation in certified companies.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
