Quality Inspector – Road Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to oversee road construction activities across Saudi Arabia. You will ensure that all works meet project specifications, quality standards, approved drawings, and client requirements while supporting a safe and compliant work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect earthworks, sub‑grade, sub‑base, asphalt paving, drainage and related road works.
• Verify that materials and workmanship conform to project specifications and industry standards.
• Witness site inspections and testing activities, preparing detailed inspection reports.
• Raise and follow up on non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with construction teams, consultants and testing laboratories to maintain QA/QC and HSE compliance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC inspection experience on road/highway projects.
• Strong knowledge of AASHTO, ASTM and local road construction standards.
• Excellent reporting, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Preferable experience on GCC or Saudi Arabian road projects and familiarity with quality documentation processes.
