Quality Manager

About the role

HanmiGlobal is looking for a senior Quality Manager to lead program‑wide quality assurance and compliance for a large land and infrastructure development programme in Riyadh. You will provide governance, coordination and oversight of all QA/QC activities, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, specifications and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Program Quality Management System (QMS), procedures, templates and reporting requirements.
• Ensure consistent implementation of quality practices across all work packages and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Review and validate Quality Management Plans submitted by developers, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor QA and QC processes, inspections, testing activities and performance indicators for compliance.
• Develop and lead the program‑wide audit schedule, internal and external audits, and compliance assessments.
• Track and close audit findings, non‑conformances, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and capture lessons learned.
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports and management summaries for senior leadership and the client.
• Support risk management by identifying quality‑related risks and promoting engineering excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management or a related field.
• Chartered Professional membership or equivalent accreditation.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management, QA/QC, infrastructure delivery or major capital projects.
• Experience in program management consultancy (PMCM, PMC, EPCM) or similar environments.
